Official ChatGPT → etoro MCP

Use the official connector URL https://mcp.public-api.etoro.com in ChatGPT Plugins (Developer Mode). Guide pages on mcp.etoro.app are docs only — not the MCP endpoint.

Add the plugin

  1. In ChatGPT, open Settings → Plugins → Developer Mode and enable Developer Mode.
  2. Go to Plugins and tap the Plus (+) icon.
  3. Provide a name (for example etoro).
  4. In the Connection field, insert https://mcp.public-api.etoro.com.
  5. Click Create, then sign in with your etoro account.

Sign in with etoro

  1. Your browser opens the etoro sign-in page.
  2. Log in with your etoro user (complete 2FA if asked).
  3. Approve the connection when prompted.
  4. You’ll return to ChatGPT with etoro connected.

Confirm it’s live

  1. In ChatGPT, check that the etoro plugin / connector shows as connected.
  2. Start a chat and ask a simple read-only question (examples below).
  3. If auth looks stuck, remove the plugin, then add it again with the same Connection URL.
